In the state of Wisconsin, in order to obtain building permits to do general construction on 1 or 2 family dwellings, you are required to obtain a Dwelling Contractor card and a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier card.

Our online program consists of only 200 graded questions which will equal 12 hours of credit. All of your reading can be completed online. A 70% is required to pass the quizzes. If you do not pass a particular quiz, you are able to take it as often as necessary.
