South Carolina Contractor License (SC) Seminars, Exams, Licensing
A contractors license is required in South Carolina (SC) for any commercial work that exceeds over $5,000 in value. Residential general work over $5,000 and residential specialty work over $200 also requires a state license. Candidates are required to pass two examinations: business and law and the trade.
