No Pass No Pay

In accordance with the Tennessee State Contractors Licensing Board, our No Pass No Pay guarantee DOES NOT apply to Tennessee pre-licensing courses.

We are dedicated in assisting you in your quest to pass the examination. Though most of our students will pass the examination after attending our seminars, there are a few who require additional time and who require additional help. Therefore, if you are unsuccessful with your examination after attending our seminar, and you take the examination within 30 days of our seminar, there is no additional fee for repeating the seminar that you paid for. We will allow you the extra attention that is needed to assist you. If after attending the seminar three times, AND if you are unsuccessful in passing the examination a minimum of three times WITHIN ONE YEAR of attending our seminar, you may elect to receive a full refund upon proof of failure, or you may continue to repeat the seminar at no additional fee until such time when you are successful in passing the examination (within the one year time period). If taking a seminar through a college, you are excluded from the NO-PASS…NO-PAY GUARANTEE. In order to qualify for the No-Pass...No-Pay Guarantee, you are required to purchase all instructor recommended reference books (this is usually fewer than what many of the states recommend) and you are also required to complete all assigned course work.

We seldom have anyone who fails the examination twice. Approximately 99% of our students will pass the examination. We are dedicated to assisting you in your success; we hope that you are too!

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

Provided that you have paid in advance of a course, if you cancel your enrollment before attending a course(s) you will receive a full refund, minus $50 for administration associated fees, if we receive notice at least two working days prior to the start date of the program. NO cancellations are taken the day before, the day of, or after a program begins. If you have received course material (textbooks, study guide and so on) prior to attending a course there is absolutely NO refund for the course, textbook and/or study guide material.

Pre-highlighted/tabbed materials WILL NOT be eligible for refunds. All returns must be sent via traceable shipping method. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. If initial payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued within three (3) business days of receiving the materials at our office. If initial payment was made be either check, cash, money order, a "Store Credit" will be issued.

Cancellations

National Contractor’s Pre-Licensing Services, Inc. (NCPLS) cancels courses only when absolutely necessary, but we reserve the right to do so. Sometimes it is necessary to cancel a fixed-date course if a minimum enrollment is not reached. The decision to cancel will be made by the course start date. If your course is canceled, you may transfer to another course or request a total refund of your course fee provided that you have NOT received course material (textbooks, study guide and so on) in advance of the course.

Program Changes

 NCPLS reserves the right to change instructors, discontinue courses, refuse enrollments or extensions, or adjust service fees and textbook prices listed as circumstances warrant.

Returned Check Policy

There is a $30 service charge for any returned check no matter the reason. The administrative fee increases to $40 if the check is not redeemed within two weeks of notification. A returned check will automatically place a hold on your participation and legal action will be taken against the writer of the check. All legal fees associated with filing a claim against the check writer will be passed on to said check writer.

Continuation

A student who has paid for a course may attend a course for up to one-year from date payment was received at no additional fee. However, if textbooks have changed, the student is responsible to obtain such textbooks.

Privacy Policy

National Contractors Pre-licensing Services maintains a very stringent privacy policy. Information that we receive from you or your company will not be rented, sold, or shared with anyone. This includes any non affiliated or third parties. An exclusion to this policy will be if in the event it is to provide you with a service that you have requested. For example, if a publisher needs to drop-ship an order directly to you. Unless we are asked not to, it is possible that we will contact you in the future (via fax, email, telephone, or letter) regarding special promotions on products or services.
