Oregon Residential Contractor Continuing Education

Requirements for Contractors with a Residential Endorsement
The 2007 Oregon Legislature passed HB 2654 which established a mandate that the Construction Contractors Board (CCB) develop a continuing education system for Construction contractors. This mandate is now part of the Oregon Revised Statutes. (ORS 701.126)
 
The CCB has and continues to request input from contractors, contractor associations and other stakeholders.
 
The agency anticipates that this mandate will become effective sometime between July 1, 2010 and 2014.
