Florida Contractor License (FL) Seminars, Exams, Licensing
A contractor license is required in Florida (FL) prior to bidding on any project. To become a licensed contractor, candidates are required to pass two examinations: business and finance and their trade. Applications for all trades (excluding electrical) can be obtained from the Florida Construction Industries Licensing Board by calling 850-487-1395. Applications for electrical licensure can be obtained from the Florida Electrical Contractors Licensing Board by calling 850-487-1395.
