Signature Waiver

 
At National Contractors, we require someone to sign for ALL of our packages that we ship. This is because there have been a couple instances in the past where the delivery driver has stated they delivered the package, but the customer stated they did not receive the package.
 
If you wish to assume all liability for the package, we are able to waive the signature requirement. To do this, simply complete the form below. You can call us at 800-952-0910 if you have any questions.
 

Tracking Info :: Please note that we will always provide a tracking number for you to track your packages.
 
To ensure that your signature has been waived, please provide us with the following information.
 
Full Name :: The Name of the person we are shipping to.
 
Phone Number :: In case we need to verify your information.
 
Date of Purchase :: If your order has already shipped, we are not able to change the signature requirement.
